The Idearefinery™ platform provides a wide range of information materials, content, and tools to support skill development and idea refinement. The knowledge bank contains essential information for innovators, including IPR matters, funding opportunities, and finding partners and experts.
The toolbox includes methods, sample materials, and process descriptions for tasks such as drafting confidentiality and licensing agreements, handling employee inventions, conducting self-assessments, and documenting ideas..

When an innovator is ready to involve experts, the Idearefinery™ network offers specialists from various fields. Idearefinery™ also connects innovators with services provided by educational institutions, universities, and businesses.
Essential development actions such as prototyping, market research, IPR protection, and business planning are easily accessible and readily available.
Service Concept
The development of the Idearefinery™ service maximizes the use of existing information systems and services. Their functions are complemented by carefully defined key service components.
As a result of this development, Finland will have a new and unique world-class support and development system for early-stage invention concepts and innovation ideas.
Coaching and Advisory Services
Idearefinery™ provides a direct pathway to advisory and coaching services. The nationwide network offers multiple suitable discussion partners for each idea, including regional development companies and other innovation service providers. Applying for coaching services is easy, and the entire process is transparent and always under the control of the idea owner.
Each phase of the coaching and advisory process is carried out with strict attention to confidentiality, data security, and privacy. Innovators can independently choose which innovation advisors to collaborate with and which experts to involve in the development process.
